The tag/estate sale format allows us to successfully sell a wide variety of items in one sale, from fine period antiques, reproductions and jewelry to household items, tools and basement contents.

Appraisal Services

First, a thorough appraisal is conducted to authenticate and determine value of all items. As experienced appraisers, the Circa experts can readily identify particularly valuable or fine pieces. In some instances, we move these items to more suitable markets. Our knowledge of the industry and customer network assures the true value will be realized for your possessions.

What if I Only Have a Few Items to Sell?

Your items can be stored and sold at the next appropriate Estate Sale scheduled. You do not need an entire household of furniture to be able to conduct a successful sale.

From Start to Finish, How Long Do Estate Sales Take?

Our staff needs at least two full weeks on site to appraise, inventory, clean, arrange and advertise the property. The actual sale will run two to three days depending on the amount of items to sell. Sales can be conducted on site or at another location. We can tailor the sale in any number of ways to meet your needs. Most importantly, at the end of the sale, we will take an empty house AND A NICE SETTLEMENT CHECK over to you.
